SHIPPING

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

FEDEX or USPS will be used to ship orders.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 US dollars.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

At this time, we do not accept PO Boxes for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE THE PACKAGE?

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Blackbirds Jewelry LLC. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED, BUT I DO NOT SEE IT.

Occasionally carriers experience service disruptions that will result in delayed shipments. Please allow 5 business days for delay issues to resolve.

ARE THERE ANY DATES THAT ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED?

Blackbirds Jewelry LLC observes several holidays throughout the year to provide well deserved time off for our dedicated staff.  Our shop will be closed and will not process or ship any orders on these days:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday

  • President’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Veteran’s Day

  • Thanksgiving Day, and the day after

  • Two weeks closure at year-end. Specific dates are announced in the Fall.
