HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY TO ARRIVE?
Timing depends on design and review process. Normal turn around is 4 -8 weeks.
CAN JEWELRY BE RETURNED?
Please visit our Return Policy for a complete overview. We accept limited returns on most jewelry. We do not accept returns on custom jewelry designs, due to our close working efforts during the design.
WILL MY JEWELRY LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
Our jewelry is handmade. To ensure consistency and high quality, we limit the number of pieces that are offered. If multiple pieces are offered, slight variations may occur.
