Carnelian - Has been used throughout history and is one of the 12 main chakra stones.  It typically represents new opportunities and hopes.  It is thought to be especially helpful for people moving to that next opportunity.
 
Matte Flower Agate - Like a flower, matte flower agate has what appears to be seeds through to a bloom.  It represents self-growth.

Bird - The bird was selected as a reminder to continually try and to not be afraid.  Moving to the next opportunity can be difficult, but birds are never afraid to take flight or to sing.
